OAK Design Co is a Southern California based architecture and design firm looking to elevate the design standards of our everyday lives. We strive to design spaces that meet our client's needs as well create a healthier indoor environment for our day to day activities. A healthy built environment can lead to a healthier lifestyle.

Dream it.

A custom home is exactly what the name implies, custom. The first step is to find land that fits your criteria; a location that you love, with a good school district for your children and enough land for all your needs.

Design it.

What does the layout look like in your mind? Think about how you want the rooms to flow; do you want the master bedroom downstairs or upstairs? Do you want an open kitchen that pours into the living room? Draw it out, and then discuss it with your builder. That way, they can give you a clear idea of what’s possible, and what isn’t possible because of design or budget issues. While unfortunate, your dream home will need a budget. We will work with you to get your ideal floor plan to fit both your budget and lot.

Build it.

Now comes the expensive and stressful part. As with anything custom, the end results will be dictated by the attention to detail. Choosing the right contractor will make the difference between loving your new custom house, or just having a new house.
